Hello, and thank you for your interest in the position of Marketing Manager at the PRODD.APP!

My name is Alina, I’m the assistant of General Manager, and I am responsible for the hiring process. Let me describe to you briefly what you can expect next.

Our hiring process consists of 3 easy steps:

Filling out the Control Questions list below

Your answers will let us know you better to ensure we’re a good fit. More over, these questions a good guideline regarding your future work.

Participating in a video interview

It will be held with our team members, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills, experiences, and suitability for the role.

Completing a practical task

This will allow us to assess your marketing skills and creativity. This task will be shared with you upon successfully passing the first two steps of the hiring process.

Completing the Control Questions list should take around 15-20 minutes, and we kindly request start doing it now. Otherwise, this application may not be relevant anymore soon.

After you submit the answers, we will evaluate them, and I will contact you within two working days to schedule the video interview if you pass.

The practical task will be assigned to you after the video interview, and you will be given a deadline to submit your work. We will review your submission and provide you with feedback. If you are successful in completing the practical task, you will be invited to meet with General Manager for a final interview.

And please, don’t get anyhow frustrated scratching your head! If nothing comes to your mind or you haven’t had any experience with the described tool or use-case yet, just write like it is. Remember, it’s a matter of a few weeks to get to know all the tools and workflows, who does what, the strong and weak sides of team members, etc.

And two more things:

We are in the video-production business, so questions are naturally leaning in this direction. But you may not have had an experience in this niche. We totally understand that. So please, approach these questions as they have a ‘would’ in them.

Also, we understand that you may not have done some tasks as described below by yourself, and it’s ok because you’re applying for a manager position. But we assume that a good manager should have an idea of how the task should be done properly and actually what for. So, it seems a good practice to answer the questions kipping such a perspective in mind.

Now take a deep breath, and let’s go!
